Driveway Surface Protection
Ensuring the safety of your property is paramount to us. That’s why we offer our unique Driveway Protection plan featuring our innovative “Rolliskates” system. Designed to protect your driveway from any potential damage, Rolliskates facilitate smooth and gentle movement of our dumpsters, minimizing any scratching or marking traditionally caused by such equipment. Coupled with our professional drivers’ white-glove service, Rolliskates offers an additional layer of premier protection. If you choose to decline Rolliskates for your order, please note that you assume all liability for any damage that might be caused by our dumpster being placed on any surface.
Liability / Waiver Insurance
In addressing the uncertainties that come with rentals, we provide a comprehensive Damage & Fire Waiver. This safeguards your experience against unexpected incidents causing damage or fire to the rented equipment during your possession. As a key feature of this waiver, we offer the Liability Damage Waiver (LDW). For an additional $29.00 with no deductible, the LDW releases you from liability if our property — the rented dumpster — suffers damage due to fire, theft, storm, vandalism, graffiti, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Insurance
Canceling a reservation can sometimes be an unavoidable circumstance. To cater to such situations, we offer our comprehensive Cancellation Insurance. With this, you are allowed to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time and still be eligible for a full refund of your rental. This flexibility ensures that you’re not bound by constraints and offers you the freedom to adjust or cancel your plans without financial repercussions.
2 Hour Delivery Window
Our normal rental agreement includes a delivery time within 7am-7pm.
If you would like to secure your dumpster delivery within a certain 2 hour window, select the option at checkout to pay the additional fee.
